Compliance
The governing body of Giemme Brands Corporate, with the aim of promoting a corporate culture based on ethics, transparency and legality, has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
The Model is intended to represent the system of operational and behavioural rules designed to regulate the activities of Giemme Brands Corporate. The Company has also appointed a Supervisory Body, entrusted with the task of overseeing the functioning of and compliance with the Model.
The adoption and effective implementation of the 231 Model represent for Giemme Brands Corporate a concrete commitment to risk prevention and to the protection of the Company and its stakeholders.
