Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If the purchase did not meet expectations, follow the instructions to return it. Returns are free on all orders, when you comply with all return conditions.
Conditions for the return
- Return Time: the return request must be opened within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Product Condition: items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all labels attached and in the package in which they were shipped.
Please note that returns will not be accepted without the company’s permission.
How to Make a Return
- Access to the personal area: you must access your personal area of the site through the homepage, both for customers already registered and for new users.
- Return request: once inside the personal area, you must locate the order that you want to make and click "Request return".
The next step is select the items you want to return, give a reason for the return and add a note if necessary.
After entering this information, you only have to click "Request return" to forward the request to the competent office.
- Preparation of the package: after an examination of the request, an email will be sent to confirm the return including:
- the label to be printed and attached to the package
- authorization to return to print and insert inside the package
- Entrusting the shipment to the courier
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, if all the conditions of return are met, we will send an email with the approval of the refund. The refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 30 working days of issue.
